All returned items are subject to inspection before a credit will be issued. All returned items will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Return shipping expense is the customers responsibility on undamaged items.
Sokul Surfaces will replace all damaged or incorrect items within 15 days of delivery. Please inspect your sink upon delivery for damage and send emails to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-844-832-7282 to report any damages or error to your order. Damaged or incorrect sinks will be replaced at the time the report is made, if it is filed within 15 days.
Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, color images may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual “Sokul Sink”. We do our very best to make sure our images are as close to the exact product as possible but cannot guarantee that what you see is an exact sample. If it is important that the sample be exact, we do offer physical samples of our products. The customer can order 3″x3″ samples for $15.99, non-refundable. After you receive your sample, keep in mind that even the actual sample can have slight color variations from the finished product as stated by our manufacturers.

Consumer acknowledges that natural stones vary in color, pattern, and texture. The actual stone delivered may differ from the sample or picture(s) shown. The consumer acknowledges that additional stone ordered later can be more expensive and cannot be guaranteed to match the original stone.
