Inspect Shipment: We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment to ensure that you received our products in excellent condition. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the packaging for any signs of visible damage. Mark down specifically the pieces & signs of damages before signing off on the receipt.

Damage Claim: Please report damages or missing items within 3 DAYS OF 

Freight: Drop ship only. Remote areas that are defined by a professional & licensed carriers are subject to additional delivery fees. Unfortunately we ONLY SHIP IN THE USA to verified US address. Please note we can NOT ship to PO Boxes.  For more specific shipping services please contact UPS for shipping specifications.

Pricing: We reserve the rights to restrict orders that are shown online or print for errors in prices. All pricing are valued in US Dollars.

Sokul Surfaces is not liable for any labor or material charges, loss of time, loss of profits or any incidental expenses.
